  • Official Texas form

About 10 minutes for the online questions. Download your completed will as a PDF, or add Print & Mail for $10 for a single will or $15 for couples. Signing happens afterward.

One will or two

  • One Will

    $69

    One guided Texas will

  • Couples — Two Wills

    $119

Two separate guided Texas wills, one for each person.

    Not a joint will.

Put the important decisions in writing.

A will is how you leave clear, written choices for the people you care about.

  • Make your wishes clear

State who should receive property covered by your will.

  • Choose someone you trust

Name the executor you want to handle your estate.

  • Plan for your children

State whom you would want to care for minor children if a guardian is needed.

  • Enter names once

LoneStarWill places your answers where they belong throughout the official form and helps keep repeated information consistent.

For parents

If you have minor children, your will is about more than property.

A will lets a parent state whom they would want to care for their children if a guardian is needed — one of the most important reasons many families create a will.

When it applies, LoneStarWill walks you through that choice in the same guided flow.

Naming a preferred guardian makes your wishes clear. The final appointment is determined through the applicable legal process.

Who would I want caring for my children?

A question worth answering in writing.

Three simple steps

Answer a few questions. Download your will. Sign it properly.

  1. Answer a few questions

We guide you through eligibility and the people and choices needed for your will.

  2. Download and sign

Download your completed will and print it yourself, or choose Print & Mail and we will mail the printed document to you. Follow the included signing instructions to properly execute your will.

  3. Sign it properly

Follow the provided instructions for witnesses and the notary/self-proving step included with the supported official form. Generating the PDF is not the final legal step.

After checkout

Keep access while you need it

Your will doesn't disappear when you close the browser.

After checkout, LoneStarWill stores your answers in a temporary encrypted workspace. We email you a secure access link so you can return during the temporary access period to review your information, make permitted changes, and download the latest completed document.

Your temporary workspace remains available for up to 15 days. Access then ends, and the stored information is deleted. Only the latest successful will document is kept during that period.
